At Yale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home security and hardware solutions. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Place the product in its original packaging with all included manuals and hardware to ensure a successful inspection and refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
